Before you book

Here is exactly what you are booking and how it works.

• What happens after you payStripe returns you here to confirm your payment and book your selected time. Keep that page open until you see your booking confirmation. If a detail is missing, you can complete it there. Questions? (804) 300-5893.
• Changes on the dayYour agreed price covers the selected work. Cleaning fewer rooms on arrival does not reduce it. Request a partial cleaning before the visit. Additional work is quoted before it is done.
• Your depositPay your deposit securely through Stripe. It comes off your first cleaning; the remaining balance is due on cleaning day.
• DepositNew clients pay a $75 deposit now with Stripe, on the first cleaning only. It is taken off that cleaning, so on the day you only pay the rest.
• CancellationsCancel 48 hours or more before and your deposit is refunded. Cancel with less than 48 hours and the deposit is not refunded. Need another date? Reschedule and your deposit carries over to the new date.
• Your confirmation shows your appointment details and payment summary.
