How is the price calculated?
Regular cleaning starts at $150 per recurring visit, based on home size and frequency. Deep cleaning has a base estimate from $275. Move-in/out, post-construction and variable extras require a quote. The agreed price is confirmed before booking.
What is the difference between a regular and a deep cleaning?
A regular cleaning keeps a clean home clean: dusting, floors, bathrooms and kitchen. A deep cleaning adds baseboards, hard-to-reach areas and built-up grease, dust and soap scum. If it has been a while since the last professional clean, start with a deep clean.
How long does a cleaning take?
About 2–3 hours for a regular cleaning, 3–5 hours for a deep cleaning and 4–6 hours for a move-in/out cleaning, depending on the size and condition of the home.
Do you offer recurring cleaning?
Yes. Weekly, every 2 weeks or every 4 weeks. Recurring visits cost less than a one-time cleaning.

Yes. Bright & Easy is insured and bonded.
How do I pay?
By credit or debit card, or with cash or check. Card payments are processed securely and include a 3% convenience fee, shown before you pay.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Tell us how many pets you have and whether there is pet hair or extra cleanup. Mabely confirms any additional charge before booking.
Can I add extras like inside the fridge or oven?
Yes. Inside the oven is $50 and the fridge $60. Other extras are quoted before booking. Deep cleaning includes baseboards and interior window glass; move-in/out also includes inside empty cabinets. Oven, fridge, blinds and exterior windows remain separate extras.
