When you use our quote or contact forms we receive what you type: your name, phone, email, address, details about your home and your message. These forms open WhatsApp with your details so you can send them to us; nothing is stored on this website.
Bookings and payments
Online bookings, client accounts and gift cards run on BookingKoala, our booking system. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Their privacy policies apply to the information you enter there.
How we use it
Only to answer you, price and schedule your cleaning, send booking reminders and, if you agree, occasional offers. We never sell or share your information with third parties for their marketing.
Your choices
You can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by calling or texting (804) 300-5893. Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Maps and media
The service-area map uses OpenFreeMap and Esri imagery, and fonts load from Google Fonts. These services may receive your IP address to deliver their content.
